C. The most professional: LinkedIn events
LinkedIn offers a very professional way for students to invite their friends and colleagues to attend professional events
Join any existing Forum-Nexus events, or create your own (event name and content is up to you).
Invite your contacts
Proudly display your events on your LinkedIn profile (to do so, look for "applications" and enable the "events")
Note: we have found in the past that inviting contacts on LinkedIn to Forum-Nexus events is extremely professional. Even if your contacts choose not to attend, it is beneficial for your resume-building process to invite your friends, and let them know about the professional experience that you are about to be apart of.
Yes, its true that people from Brazil love Orkut (as do people from India and Estonia)...
So, here is a little guide to help our International friends connect with more international friends, and share Forum-Nexus love with Brazilians, Indians, and Estonians :-)
Go to your Orkut page, click "PROMOTE" (in the left side). Create a promotion
Create a group on Orkut and invite your friends. Or join the Forum-Nexus group on Orkut, and invite your friends.
While online promotions seem to be very popular these days, we here at Forum-Nexus still believe in old-school efforts, as plain and simple as setting up a booth on campus and handing out flyers. No, it's not as flashy as a Facebook campaign, but the old tried-and-true method of actually talking to fellow students seems to really work! (imagine that :-) For students interested in setting up an on-campus campaign, here below are some useful tips for getting started.

Let us know you are interested, and we will send you a "kit" with posters, flyers, T-Shirts, and more.
Find out if its ok, and then... put up the flyers in approved areas, or distribute them to your local
student organizations (Greek, sports, social, etc).
If it's allowed, consider putting up a little booth on campus, wear the t-shirts with pride, hand out flyers,
answer questions, and show your enthusiasm about the whole concept of studying abroad and expanding one's
International IQ!!
Just wearing the Forum-Nexus t-shirt around campus is often enough to generate questions and conversations
